Cisco 2621 and call manager 4.0

May 06, 2005 0 Replies

My company have implemented VoIP network with lot of 7960 phones. My office is located in Canada and I have 2621 router with 2VWIC and 4+8FXS. All local calls are routed through local PRI cloud. All long distance calls including

1800 are routed through main hub in US where Call Manager 4.0 resides. Routing 1 800 thought US hub causes problem with Canadian 1800, since some of Canadian 1 800 can't be reached from US. I would like to reroute all 1800 thought local PRI cloud but it doesn't work. Another issue that i have is that i can't dial 9xx area code from analog phone (works from VoIP phones though). Any help will be appreciated

Thanks,

John
