RFC says , "Routes that have different MULTI_EXIT_DISC attribute SHALL NOT be aggregated."
My question is, what is the MED of the aggregated route when the MED of contributing routes is the same ? Is the same MED applied to the aggregated route also ?

Yes. But you can change it using route-map in aggregate statment.
