For ATM SVCs : is the OUI field in the Broadband Higher Layer Info ( BHLI) field a constant value. i.e. a fixed identifier. Or is it tied to application / IOS / router versions?
In other words: If I'm monitoring ATM SVCs to/from/between CISCO devices what can be identified from this OUI field.
