Hi

I have a cisco asa 5510 running 8.2(1)

This morning it became unresponsive. bandwidth graphs indicate that the bandwidth was not becoming saturated.

through out the morning it came back for a few minutes with out rebooting.

At around 13:00 it started to behave normally.

Any one with an Idea on what to monitor to see why this is happening.

Thanks

Peter

Did you upgrade the memory in the device before upgrading the image to

8.2?

Justin

No The memory usage was not of the level recomend for an upgrade by cisco.

Further research suggests that it is a cabling issue. Data centre have but in a new run.

Thanks

Peter
