When BGP is not suitable for use:

A. Routing policy and route selection are not important for your AS

B. A single connection to the Internet

C. When you need to perform load-sharing to multiple ISP.s simultaneously

D. Low bandwidth between your AS and the other AS

I would go with D

I'll go with A.

I have confirmed that A, B & D are correct answers per the Ivory Tower. The question and the choices seem to be taken from the CCNP Self-Study Exam Cert. Guide, 3rd Edition, Clare Gough, page 518, section entitled "When Not to Use BGP".
