I have done my 3yrs diploma in electronics. and 1yrs post diploma in comp engineering. and working as sys admin now is it worth doing ccna and ccnp now if yes then what next?

The real question is do you have any interest in networking? Network Administration/Engineering is not a natural progression for everyone.
