I've a question I've 2950 switch which I bought from ebay, doesn't have uplink so, hw u connect two or more swithces together to create VLAN. any help really appreciated mir

You connect them via ethernet cable, crate VLANs on both of them (or use VTP) and configure trunk on ports you used to connect them...
make sure your ethernet cable is a cross-over cale.
