Hi All,
I wanted to practice setting up a tacacs+ and or radius server on my home network so I can experiment getting it to work with my cisco routers.
Does anyone know of any freeware or shareware software that is available?

, not sure if its what you are looking for but you could also google for Radius + Tacacs
I believe Windows 2003 server comes with RADIUS. You can get TACACS+ free for Linux off of Cisco's site; however, it comes with no GUI interface. You can get Cisco's ACS product (RADIUS and TACACS+) for free if you don't mind the 90-day demo license.

Radius is a standard, so there are quite a few implementations floating around.
