Looking for help. I used the ciscopress books to study for the 642-821. I failed it (first Cisco exam failure out of 6). After reading reviews on Amazon.com of the two books published by ciscopress, I found that those two books are grossly inadequate as far as covering the exam topics. It was said that the only study material that really covers the exam is the Student Guide.
If you have or know of someone that has the Student Guide for this class/exam, would you please contact me.
