I used the following (all Cisco Press). They'll also get you to the ARCH exam:
Top-Down Network Design: 2nd ED - Oppenheimer CCDA/CCDP Flash Cards: Squiera and Wallace DESGN Exam Peparation GUide (in the car - can't see the author).
