Has anyone been having problems w/Comcast in the Atlanta area for the last few weeks? My throughput is terrible - 77-140Kbs. I called Customer no*service, and they my modem is working "great". I looked on their web forum and lots of other people seem to be complaining recently about quality.

The problem with Comcast seems to be that until a problem is fixed the road crew people do not tell customer service that there is even a problem. Lack of communication from division to division. Drive around in your neighborhood and see if you don't find some Comcast people working.
