accidently I disabled dhcp server under http://192.168.100.1/config.html, now I cant't connect to the modem (SB5100E) anymore, is there any way to reset this?

Temporarily set up a static IP address 192.168.100.12, subnet
255.255.255.0 (example!), use 192.168.100.1 as DNS server. That will get you into the GUI. Also, while there, change both the default user name and the default password - and write them both down somewhere! QUsing a pen, reset from behind, hold button form 3 secs, should set to default configuration.
