FCC rules on wireless network outage reporting and broadband CALEA compliance

FCC ruled unanimously on requiring wireless service providers to report (as their wireline brethren have had to do for quite some time) network outages.

FCC also ruled that CALEA compliance is required of all service providers (packet, circuit, smoke signal, etc.)
