I'm doing research, and I'm interested in finding out if anyone has an opinion, fact or thought about who the first person or company was that started doing automated operator services in customer premise equipment (CPE). It probably would have been in hotels.
I've heard a lot of names and a lot of big claims, but I was just wondering if anyone on this group might have some new ideas.
