One side is an Opt. 81C with Succession 3.0 and the side generating the bug is an Opt. 11C with 25.40 loaded on it. What should the RCAP options be set to on each side?

Which RCAP facilities depands on what you wanna use and what is supported in your releases and packages. for example , ND1 ( Network Name Display 1) and TAT Invoke Trunk Anti-Tromboning operation if the far-end switch also supports this feature. TAT may be input if: TAT package is equipped,CTYP = MSDL, IFC = D100, SL1, S100 or D250. (see NTP's )

Remove RCAP items you dont use, and be sure , that on both sites, are the same settings. Or Remove all ( X.....), and start with ND1 on both sites. Test and expand with features you want.

If the problems persist, contact your Nortel service provider. the items below , i found about bug5128, on the Nortel website, are related to a Patch mplr17406
