I believe you may have misread Gerald's post - $18.99 TOTAL (with Free Shipping) was the best price for the P4400 Kill-A-Watt in quite some time. If you retry your search, and follow some of the results, I'm sure that you'll find prices of ~$20 - $25 but with ~$6 - $8 additional for shipping. ;)
