Best way to use 5Mbps LAN extension to remote office?

Currently we have two offices. A head office with a Terminal Server and a remote office with approx 25 people (and their own domain server) who all connect to the TS at head office, through a DSL connection.

We are getting a 5Mbps LAN extension put in between the two offices to replace the DSL. It's like taking an ethernet cable, plugged into our network at the head office and running it all the way to the remote office.

What's the best way to utilize this 5Mbps LAN extension? Should I keep the router at the remote office that we use with the DSL connection? or can I connect their workstations/printers directly to our head office network/domain?
