All that I did was go to

and request an external port probe against just port 80 of my system. If SBC was blocking port 80, I would never see the probe in my logs.
When I request the test against these ports: 134-140, 444-446, 1023-1026, this is what I get:

There are no such policies posted on the site, that I can find, regarding port 80.
