SBC Yahoo in San Francsico Bay Area block port 80?
I was able to use my Yahoo DSL to setup my IIS server early last year. I tried it today again and it does not. I do not have a router and I disable the firewall from my XP sp2 to test it. The remote desktop works. Still no web service, try both IIS 5 and apache. Same problem. Does SBC Yahoo in San Francsico Bay Area block port 80?
