It is assumed that 3rd party firmwares that are based on pre-4.20.7 code are also affacted.

Yeah, it does today, but it was working on the 15th. Try again tomorrow, or look for a mirror. The filename you want is "WRT54GV4.0_4.20.7_US_code%2C0.zip"
