Hi All. need help resetting wireless laptop to desktop/router. Was working b4 thru router. Had probs with desktop. Took to comp shop. Laptop was running thru dsl. Desktop runs now thru dsl.. laptop will not connect thru wireless nor dsl. shows its connected but will not connect. Thanks for your help

Likely mismatch of WEP key. Enter all WEP keys in _hex_ (not ASCII). Otherwise, turn off _all_ security while troubleshooting.
