Soon AT&T will have some big compitition coming from one of the inventors of Cable TV. He has developed an all new type of wireless technology, and plans to market a T1 connection for only $19.95 a month. His invention is in the form of a jump drive or SD Card so it will be totally mobile. The connection is secured with more than 256- bit SSL encryption so no firewall hardware is required. It has a range of 30 Miles so fewer towers are needed. Take a look at the following Utube clip of Mr. Gary Brown the inventor of this technology 20 years ago. No doubt. I saw that posted in a NG ..oh, perhaps a year ago.
Is this referring to the $10 DSL special for 12 months in certain areas? It was a kinda hidden deal when AT&T merged with Bell South IIRC.
No...Notice it says its a wireless technology. Good advertising copy if it was ten years ago and venture capitalists were begging to find ways to invest money on poor biz models of vaporware and unproven technologies.
