Interesting choice of name. Wonder how long it'll take before Nike take them to court?
By my, albiet limited understanding, a trademark only applies in situations where market confusion could take place. I doubt that shoes and wireless ISP hardware could be confused amongst customers, but I've been wrong before.

Amongst normal, well adjusted individuals, yes, that's a reasonable assumption. However, I'm reminded of Microsoft threatening legal action against Walmart's UK subsidiary for selling "Micro Soft" underwear.
How strange. I heard that Bill Gate's girlfriend's description of his lower parts was what inspired the company name. Couldn't people with similar problems take Gates to court ? []'s
