Linksys WVC54G internet video camera wireless not working

My wireless network is hardly complex :)

wireless router static ip 192.168.1.2

broadcast channel 6 using 802.11g

The webcam has a static address of 192.168.1.115, and is configured for infrastructure mode (also channel 6)

Out of interest, I have an HP wireless printer - this works fine (but it uses DHCP). I have used netstumbler, but this cannot "see" the webcam.

My wireless router has information on:

I purchased the same Webcam and I am able to broadcast and pick up the image locally (wireless), but not able to send the signal to an external website. I have a Belkin Pre-N wireless router. I have spent hours with support, both from Belkin and Linksys and got nowhere. They keep pointing to the other manufacturer. Any help would be appreciated AP
