I have a Linksys wireless router. My son-in-law lives across the street and has a gigabyte PCI air cruiser adapter card and he cannot find me. we are thinking of putting a Hawkins corner antenna to his card. A laptop did find my router but it was weak or fair. Will that corner antenna enable him to use my internet connection? charles

what model Linksys AP do you have ? where is your AP located ? can he see it directly from a window across the street ? how far from his "sighting" window is his desktop.... ie - how long a cable to run ?
