Hi,
I have a Vigor 2900 with a VPN to another network. I notice that the firewall does not filter the packets going out over the VPN.
Anyone notice this behavior too?

I've seen this with other hardware vpn routers, never used a Vigor one, the VPN connection is trusted as the lan is and avoids the firewall engine. Others I have worked on allow you to create virtual interfaces on the router, terminate the tunnel on that zone and then create policy rules to control what goes to and from the lan. Simon
