Has anyone else noticed that VoicePulse is charging long distance minutes for calls to 800 numbers since November 10? They are also charging ld minutes for calls to their customer service number (which they haven't done in the past).
I've put in a question to customer service, but haven' heard back yet (I guess they're off for the weekend.)
