Voicemail down for DAYS?

I finally got thru to tech support after being disconnected a few dozen times, to ask them to reset my voicemail password. I was told that the voicemail server, as well as the dashboard/control server will be down for at least 2 days.....
I think this is un-acceptible.
Whats the point of haveing VOIP if it doesn't work... I need voicemail, I need call fowarding...
this is BS.
