Over the last few days when a voice message is left instead of receiving the wav file my users receive the following message: Unable to provide attachment. Probably the NBX subscribers mailbox was locked or there are multiple messages.
I've rebooted my NBX and this is the entire contents of the NBoss log file NBX LOGGING FACILITY LOG FILE
