Have you checked JBilling?

What software do you use for billing purposes? I have recently come across JBilling

open source multiple OS different database automatic payment/recurring bills automatic notifications to customers

and most importantly...free :)

I would like to get some idea about the software from some tech-savvy people. I am no techie.
