telemarketing advice

I am talking with a remote IP-PBX supplier about being an agent for their service in my area. The service includes VoIP, long distance, plus some ISP stuff like a mail server. The client needs to lease the phones and pay a monthly fee to cover the T1 link. I have not done it yet, but I plan to do a price comparison between this solution and leasing a standard PBX (which I surely know how to price).

Anyway, who do I sell this to? I am planning to get a few B2B telemarketers to qualify some leads, but does anyone have an idea of what type list I should start with?
