I want to have someone on the phone with me be able to share listening to sounds that come from other devices. These could include:
1) Sound output from a computer
2) Sound output from a discrete device like an Ipod
Both of us should hear those sounds as if they were a third party on a three way conference call.
Is there a device that will take multiple sound sources and mix those together, in a telephony environment? I realize sound studios have mixers, but those are usually oriented toward guitar and other plug devices of that type. I'm looking for a simpler device that would take a mini stereo jack as input from multiple sound generating devices, and then mix all of that together with a two way phone conversation on a phone headset.
