Hi, Could some one provide me the document or link to it, which is the standard specification for implementing GSM operator roaming, is the standard published by gsmworld association (gsmworld.com), i have searched for the document in their web but invain. The documents section on their web is

IR.50 would be a good place to start. IR.50 refers to several other IR documents and 3GPP specifications that apply.
