71) then *72 but no luck.Check to see if the system has trunk-to-trunk transfer enabled. A lot of systems set this feature off to prevent toll-fraud.

I checked out the manual and the soft key options that I could find, no luck. I am thinking maybe buy a Centrex set and connect it for forwarding feature only...
