Apparently their system has been down since at least Thursday night. Got a brief recording then, called Cust Serv, they said "try again in 1 hour". I did not try again til Friday night, new recording saying "system down for maint., send an e-mail for more info and will respond in 15 min." Same today and no e-mail response either. Call to Cust Serv now gets endless MOH.
Anybody know their story ?? Really bad failure, or gone out of biz ??
