[telecom] Supreme Ct. says corporations... do NOT get some (human) "privacy" rights

- referring to a FOIL request of the FCC re: AT&T info:

lower court's earlier decision: "It held that Exemption 7(C) extends to the "personal privacy of corporations, reasoning that "personal" is the adjective form of the word "person", which Congress has defined, as applicable here, to include corporation."

SCOTUS overturned it: "Held: Corporations do not have "personal privacy" for the purposes of Exemption 7(C)..."
