[telecom] CenturyLink wraps New York metro fiber expansion, expands on-net building reach

CenturyLink has completed the build out of a new metro fiber loop in Greenwich, Connecticut, capping off a series of network expansions throughout the East Coast during the past year.

Besides Greenwich, CenturyLink also completed fiber loop builds in three other areas: Hartford and Norwalk, Connecticut, and White Plains, New York.

A key focus of this fiber expansion is on extending its services and fiber network to more area business customers.
