Had a major outage with them last night. Cable Modem just kept trying to get the downstream and couldn't. So I rang up Cox, said they'd send someone out between 5PM and 7PM today. I told them roll their Tier 2 people - this was an amplifier temp control pad issue.
Service was up and running this morning.
