It really seems to me that you would have to TRY to write a spreadsheet program that allows someone to remotely take control of your computer without your knowledge. Microsoft works hard to live up to its reputation for writing software that may incidentally perform some useful function as it fulfills its primary purpose of giving malware authors fertile ground for their latest code.
