It's a normal affiliate deal run through Linkshare which runs hundreds of other affilate programs. If someone signs up via your affiliate link, they pay you $25, paid monthly by check. I haven't gotten any Lingo signups yet, but I get lots of small checks from Linkshare's other programs via my site at
