I have to use "incognito" mode on Chrome quite often, to see

I use the "Edit This Cookie" extension on Chrome. It lets you delete cookies and set the expiration date on cookies to something reasonable (a few days instead of a few centuries). Also, I have Chrome blocking third party cookies so the cookies are only available to the site that actually set them instead of being able to track me across the galaxy.
