They're locked to Verizon's network, but VZ shouldn't

Verizon phones are not locked, and can be re-programmed for any CDMA network if that network will accept an "outside" phone (Sprint PCS, for example, will not).


If your Verizon phone requires a password to get into the programming/service menu, the password is 000000.
