Rachel busted [telecom]

Did I read it wrong, or is there no mention of prosecuting based on robocalls - just on deceptive practices?

And then, this morning after, who did I get a call from? none other than Rachel.

I've got to where I always press 1 to talk to a live agent, and then just put the phone down. Hoping that annoys them as much as they annoy me.

The trick is to get to a human, and stop just short of giving them your credit card number: keep them interested and string them along. If everyone did that, they'd be out of business in a month.

Think of it as "taking one for the team". After all, you've already been bothered: try to save the /next/ home on their list.
