PA AG: Verizon fails to keep promises [telecom]

HARRISBURG - Verizon is failing to keeps its promises, according to Pennsylvania's Attorney General.

Attorney General Josh Shapiro today announced that in the week following his announcement of a lawsuit against Verizon Communications Inc. ("Verizon") for failing to deliver promised incentives to consumers, the Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection has received notification from dozens of individuals that their issues have still not been resolved. This comes despite assurances from Verizon that the incentive redemption issues have been fixed.
