This page from the North Carolina Department of Information Technology gives technical requirements for various "Local Access Service" items, including a "Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) based Basic Rate Interface (BRI)"
I don't know if any LEC in North Carolina actually offers ISDN BRI, but I'd sure like to know. I like ISDN BRI!
