It's coming, and probably sooner than we think. I'm reminded of a very old science fiction story (sorry, author and title unknown) where one simply replaced a tooth in one's mouth with a data cube for (unlimited) knowledge.

If these get popular I predict mass insanity. And lots of traffic accidents.

I want the phone that tells me every caller's exact location, so if he's a spammer I can drop a missile on him from orbit. :)
