I was wondering if anybody had any knowledge on the current state of play regarding the ITU and International Accounting Rates. I wanted to know what has been done to address the problem with particular reference to D.140 Annex E or Annex F.
The data on the ITU website is quite old in this area and searches elsewhere have returned little useful information.
