The Mac utility WakeOnLAN doesn't seem to see or display a recent model iPod Touch (Model MC544LL) connected to our residential LAN, although the Touch is communicating over this LAN to the Internet, and WakeOnLAN is seeing and displaying data for several Mac laptops and a networked printer.
Should it? Suggestions for a better Mac utility for this task?
Note: The modem providing the LAN in our residence is an AirLink 101 from Mimo Technology; no Airport modems are involved (except of course the Airport cards in our MacBook laptops).
