The order reconsidered a 2016 interpretation of the TCPA adopted by the prior FCC that allowed federal contractors to robocall consumers without their prior express consent.

The "prior" FCC? Oh, pray tell, how was the "prior" FCC different from the new, improved, less fattening FCC we have now? Was it because the "prior" kleptocrats didn't make sweetheart deals with every billionaire they could find? Was it because the "prior" FCC wouldn't allow 911 diversity to become an industry inside joke instead of an enforced standard?

Oh, wait, I think I can guess: it's because the wires going to the prior President's office didn't have the "right" color code.
