July 27, 2020 at 1:27 PM EDT - Updated July 27 at 3:03 PM LEWIS COUNTY, N.Y. (WWNY) - Lewis County is reporting a phone outage.
County Manager Ryan Piche said phone lines operated by Frontier Communications are down.
However, he said the county's emergency 911 system is still working.
